Ownership of Work

The client acknowledges that they are the rightful owner or authorized licensee of the provided materials.

The client affirms that the materials supplied do not violate the intellectual property rights of any third parties and that all necessary third-party permissions, consents, and releases have been obtained.

VisionCraft Studios acknowledges that all provided materials remain the intellectual property of the client. The client grants VisionCraft Studios a license to work on the submitted materials based on the requested services.

VisionCraft Studios will not share any presets or materials with third parties, except on a need-to-know basis within the organization. VisionCraft Studios will not publicly share the edited work without obtaining prior permission from the client.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, as applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding our services, replacing any prior agreements, whether oral or otherwise.

Changes

We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. In case of material revisions, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Determination of a material change is at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use our services after the revised terms become effective, you agree to abide by the updated terms. If you disagree with the new terms, whether in part or whole, please cease using the website and our services.

VisionCraft Studios does not provide refunds for its services. If you are dissatisfied with the editing work, we are happy to redo the order until you are content.

Billing

Billing for services is in accordance with the "Payment and Fees" section of the "Wedding Video Editing Services Agreement." Clients agree to pay the specified deposit and project fee, as well as any additional charges for extra services or changes beyond the original agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees and potential suspension of services.
